Raw Food Diet and Running

Raw Food Marathon Day Seven

"You is fat! Oooh man you is fat! You one big fat thing! You fatty fatty fatty!!!" Majorie Dawes, Little Britain :-)

After yesterday's fat binge, I feel surprisingly OK.

Durian is 20%-30% calories by fat (depending on the source). The energy balls, although made with almonds and flaxseed, were far outnumbered by the dates and raisins, maybe the total fat % for the day wasn't as high as I thought. Later on during this raw food marathon training blog I may break down every day's food into % of carbs, protein and fat using www.nutridiary.com. I've done it before, in October last year, it's rather tedious!

Doing some yoga poses today felt good. My downward dog was far better at the end than at the start! I should try and do a full session/class and maybe twice a week ...

Unfortunately/unfortunately I've got some left over durian and energy balls to eat today! ;-)
