Raw Food Marathon Day Eight

 

Raw Food consumed today:

 

Breakfast - 2 passion fruit, 1 kiwi, 1 green apple, 1 red apple

Lunch - banana & blueberry, green powder, hemp protein powder & apple juice smoothie & mango & orange smoothie, 2 mangoes

Evening Meal - 4 organic tomatoes, bunch basil, 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes, 1 romaine lettuce, 1 bunch parsley, 1 1/2 (small) glasses organic red wine (I nearly went a month without alcohol!)

Snacks - 1 large dragon fruit, 6 cashew nuts, 6 almonds, 2 peppermint teas, 2 medjool dates

 

Training/Exercise today:

 

Run - 5 miles

Bike - 2 miles

Gym -

Yoga -
