Raw Food Marathon Day Six

A high % fat day today!

Durian and energy balls what was I thinking?!

Snacks ruled the roost today! Grazing mode.

 

Raw Food consumed today:

 

Breakfast - 1 large dragonfruit

Lunch - 2 bananas, 1/2 mango, 1/2 cup blueberries, juice 4 apples, 2 tablespoons green powder & hemp protein powder, 1/2 peach, 4 strawberries

Evening Meal - 1 segment pomelo, 4 large organic tomatoes, 1 organic romaine lettuce, 2 handfulls of parsley, 2 organic carrots, 1/3 cup sun dried tomatoes, 2 organic cucumbers

Snacks - 1 oolong tea, 2 peppermint teas, 2 bananas, 1/2 cup blueberries, 1/2 cup strawberries, juice of 4 apples, 2 heaped tablespoons of Vitamineral green & hemp protein powder smoothie, 5 energy balls (almonds, flaxseed, orange juice, hemp protein powder, organic raisins, delget noor dates, flaked coconut), green juice; organic bok choi, organic green cabbage, green and red apple, 1 segment durian

 

Training/Exercise today:

 

Run -

Bike -

Gym - 1 hour weights; biceps, triceps, shoulders & core/abs
