Back in Thailand. I managed to get on one of the first British Ariways flights to Bangkok. The fruit meal was oddly much better than the one I had from Bangkok!
I managed to get one last run in over the South Downs before I left.
My cold and cough were starting to wane and I enjoyed the run on the morning of my brother's funeral (more remains were found and repatriated).
So back in Thailand now. The first thing I had was a young green coconut :-)
I'm off to Samui today, so again web updates are likely to be sporadic. I'm hoping to get a 10 miler in. I really need to get an 18 miler in if the Chiang Mai marathon is going to be a realistic race at the end of the month. We'll see.
Only time for a 5km fartlek plus weights. On a treadmill, so only data is HR & time.
