Back in Chiang Mai after a quick trip to Samui and I think I've recovered from my jet lag from last week! Yesterday I visited the gym and ran 5km on the treadmill at speeds varying from 11.4kph, 12.1 kph, 12.9 kph, 14.1kph and 15.0 kph in intervals of 1km and 400m.
Less than two weeks to the Chiang Mai marathon. If I can get a good 15-18 miler in on Wednesday I'm going to attempt the full marathon, otherwise it will have to the half. Too many disruptions to my training (& diet) over the last 6 weeks :-(
