After drinking a little too much alcohol (red wine) on Sunday I felt a bit sluggish yesterday, however an hour's weights at lunchtime followed by a 6 mile recovery run soon put me back on track. I am eating a lot of fruit now. Pomello, bananas, dragon fruit and durian are my current favourites ...

I am nearly at the end of my first week's training towards a 5k time trial (in July). The program my coach has me on is very specific. After seven weeks I will attempt to run 5k at the same pace as one of my earlier 3k time trials. Will raw food help me go the extra 2k?

Apple cravings?! I've never had them before but recently one apple would end up being five or six. I have no idea what's going on. Do I need to cleanse? Do I need to balance red ones with green ones? :-) ...
