Raw Food consumed today:

 

Breakfast - 250g jack fruit, 4 organic bananas, 200g hydrated raisins

Lunch - 2.5kg watermelon

Evening Meal - 1 green apple, 25 small organic tomatoes, 1/2 cos lettuce, 1 organic cucumber, 1 large guava, 1 bunch parsley, 6 baby organic carrots

Snacks - 2 young coconut waters

 

Cooked Food consumed today:

 

Breakfast -

Lunch -

Evening Meal -

Snacks - 1 oolong tea, 2 peppermint teas, 1 green tea

 

Training/Exercise today:

 

Run -

Bike - 2 miles

Yoga -
