Raw Food Marathon Day Seventy Four

Long Run(ish):

 

Raw Food consumed today:

 

Breakfast - Smoothie; 4 large organic bananas, 250g papaya, 3 large pak choi, 1 young coconut water, 2 heaped teaspoons Vitamineral Green powder, 3 heaped teaspoons Yaoh Hemp protein powder

Lunch - Thai Herb salad, , som tam, 1 young coconut water

Evening Meal - 1 large mango, 1 large orange, Spinach and lettuce salad, 2 large tomatoes.

Snacks - 6 large passion fruit, 1 green apple, 4 large organic bananas, 4 medjool dates

 

Cooked Food consumed today:

 

Breakfast -

Lunch -

Evening Meal -

Snacks - 1 cup oolong tea, 1 peppermint tea

 

Training/Exercise today:

 

Run - 13.34 miles + 0.73 miles

Gym -

Yoga -

Swim -
