Raw Food Marathon Day Seventy Three

 

Raw Food consumed today:

 

Breakfast - 2 large organic bananas, 1 large dragon fruit

Lunch - 1 large mango, 1 large dragon fruit, 1 bunch parsley, dulse flakes, wakame seaweed

Evening Meal - 4 large organic bananas, 5 medjool dates, 5 prunes, 2 kiwis

Snacks - 1 young coconut water, 250g papaya

 

Cooked Food consumed today:

 

Breakfast -

Lunch - 1/2 pumpkin, 350g Organic tofu (raw); funny how one cooked meal leads to another

Evening Meal -

Snacks - 2 cups oolong tea, 1 peppermint tea

 

Training/Exercise today:

 

Run -

Bike -

Gym -

Yoga -

Swim -
