Breakfast - 4 large bananas, 1 young coconut water, 200g pak choi, 1 cup frozen blueberries, 2 heaped teaspoons Vitamineral Green powder, 3 heaped teaspoons Yaoh Hemp Protein powder
Lunch - 3.5kg watermelon
Evening Meal - 2 large mangoes, 3 large bananas, 4 medjool dates, 4 prunes, 1/2 romaine lettuce, 2 large tomatoes
Snacks - 2 medjool dates
