Intervals.

 

Easy intervals today:

 

Warm-up 1,600m @ 11.4kph

1,000m @ 15 kph

400m @ 9.6kph

2,000m @ 15kph

400m @ 15kph

1,000m @ 16kph

400m @ 9.6kph

Warm-down 1,200m @ 11.4kph

 

My Heart Rate profile below. The initial spike in HR, was because I hadn't warmed up, before the warm-up!

Good to see my HR drop below 135 during that first mile.

Raw Food consumed today:

 

Breakfast - Smoothie; 3 bananas, 200g pak choi, 1 cup frozen blueberries, 2 heaped teaspoons Vitamineral Green powder

Lunch - 3 large organic tomatoes, 1/2 organic romaine lettuce, 1 organic cucumber, 1 bunch parsley, drop raw apple cider vinegar, dulse flakes, 1/3 cup arame muso seaweed, few chunks of papaya

Evening Meal - 1 dragon fruit, 2 large tomatoes, tomato salsa; onion, tomatoes, red chiilies, sea salt, large glass red wine

Snacks - 2 wheatgrass shots, Smoothie; 1 mango, 1 banana, 1.5 large mangoes

 

Cooked Food consumed today:

 

Breakfast -

Lunch - 350g Organic Tofu (raw)

Evening Meal - organic corn chips(!)

Snacks - 1 oolong tea, 1 cup organic miso, 1 peppermint tea

 

Training/Exercise today:

 

Run - 8km intervals

Bike - 2 miles

Yoga -

Swim -
