Raw Food Diet and Running

Previous Day Next Day

Raw Food Marathon Day Sixty Nine

Cancer Care Run (previously Terry Fox Run) - organised by Four Seasons

I decided to run the race with my two children who managed 3.5km in 24:35, averaging 10:55 min/miles. Well done!

My wife walked/jogged with Evi :-)

There was a big turn out, over 1,500 I think.

At the end of the race there was 'breakfast'; cartons of juice and ... hot dogs :-(

OK, there were some apples and oranges, but given the reason for the charity run it's a shame better use of the venue/event wasn't made to educate people about the importance of diet.

Cancer Food Anyone?
