Raw Food consumed today:

 

Breakfast - 7 large passion fruit

Lunch - Smoothie; 2 large organic bananas, 1 cup frozen raspberries, 100g pak choi, 50g Thai (red) baby spinach, 1 young coconut water, 2 heaped teaspoons Vitamineral Green powder, 3 heaped teaspoons Yaoh Hemp Protein powder

Evening Meal - 2 large mangoes, green salad, fresh lemon juice

Snacks - 1 green mango, 2.25 kg watermelon

 

Cooked Food consumed today:

 

Breakfast -

Lunch -

Evening Meal - vegetarian pizza, red wine - oops

Snacks - 1 oolong tea, 1 peppermint tea
