Raw Food Marathon Day Sixty Four

 

Raw Food consumed today:

 

Breakfast - 1.75kg watermelon

Lunch - 2 large Thai herb salads with avocado, 1 large papaya salad

Evening Meal - 3 organic bananas, 1 kiwi, 3 pomelo segments, 1 teaspoon flaked coconut, 4 medjool dates, 1/2 romaine lettuce & 10 cherry tomatoes

Snacks - Smoothie; 1 young coconut water, 2 bananas, 1/2 cos lettuce, 1 green apple, 6 segment pomelo

 

Cooked Food consumed today:

 

Breakfast -

Lunch -

Evening Meal - Some organic lentil dahl cooked with pak choi, onion, garlic, mushrooms and some organic wholegrain rice I made for the kids; too inviting - sigh ...

Snacks - 1 cup oolong tea, 1 peppermint tea
