Breakfast - 800g Japanese Musk Melon (grown in Thailand)
Lunch - 5 organic bananas, 4 passion fruit, 1 mango & 4 medjool dates
Evening Meal - 3 bananas, 4 medjool dates, 4 prunes, green salad, tomatoes, 1/2 avocado, spring onions, cucumber, red pepper
Snacks - 2 green apples, 2 medjool dates
Cooked Food consumed today:
1 oolong tea, 2 peppermint teas
