Raw Food Marathon Day Fifty Seven

 

Today was my first attempt to run all the way up Doi Suthep. I believe the race on the 2nd November goes up to the temple near the top. Given I started at the lower temple, rather than at the university or zoo, explains why the distance was about 1 mile short of the advertised race distance of 12km. What I do know is the last mile is steep! The details are here.

 

And then I ran back down :-)

 

Raw Food consumed today:

 

Breakfast - 4 mangoes (2.2kg)

Lunch - 1.5kg watermelon, large mixed lettuce salad, 20 cherry tomatoes, bunch parsley, 1 organic cucumber, 1/3 avocado, dulse flakes, 1/2 red pepper

Evening Meal - 20 cherry tomatoes, 1/2 romaine lettuce, 1 organic cucumber

Snacks - 1 oolong tea, 1 orange, 8 segments pomelo, 400g jack fruit, 1/2 red pepper, 4 bananas

 

Training/Exercise today:

 

Run - 13.1 miles

Bike -

Gym -

Yoga -

Swim -
