Raw Food consumed today:

 

Breakfast - 3 bananas, 1 young coconut water, 1/2 romaine lettuce, 2 heaped teaspoons Vitamineral Green powder, 2 heaped teaspoons Yaoh Hemp Protein powder

Lunch - 10 bananas

Evening Meal - large Thai herb/green salad, 1/2 large carrot, 10 cherry tomatoes, 1/2 organic cucumber

Snacks - 8 segments pomello, 1 peppermint tea

Gym -

Yoga -
