Lunch - 1 large green salad from Spa Samui
Evening Meal - Raw food from Spa Samui: Large kale/celery/cucumber juice, papaya salad, (uncooked) vietnam spring roll, 1 energy ball, 1 peppermint tea
Snacks - 2 young coconut water
