Raw Food consumed today:
Breakfast - Smoothie; 2 bananas, 1/2 pineapple, 1 young coconut water, bunch kale & 2 heaped teaspoons Vitamineral Green powder
Lunch - Spa Samui Large kale/celery/cucumber juice, 1 large green salad and raw pad Thai
Evening Meal - Large tomato and cucumber salad with chillies and lime
Snacks - 1 energy ball, 1 peppermint tea, 2 glasses of red wine
