Raw Food Marathon Day Forty Seven.

 

Raw Food consumed today:

 

Breakfast - 1/3 pineapple, 2.25kg watermelon

Lunch - 7 large organic bananas, 3 medjool dates, 10 prunes

Evening Meal - 20 cherry tomatoes, 1 organic romaine lettuce, 1 organic cucumber, bunch parsley

Snacks - red aged pu-erh tea. 1 large tomato, 1 small organic cucmber, 1/3 romaine lettuce, handful of basil, 1/2 small avocado. 1 peppermint tea

 

Training/Exercise today:

 

Run -

Bike -

Gym -

Yoga -

Swim - 10 mins
