Raw Food Marathon Day Forty Six

Injury free. Seven miles tempo/speed.

 

Too late to do a 16 miler this week before Saturday's race. I settled for a pseudo tempo/speed session.

 

6 miles @ an average 7:43.

I'm a bit alarmed to see my heart rate so high. However it was an evening run, conditions not great.

 

I also ran 1 mile; 4 x walk 100m, run 300m @ 6:30-6:00 min/miles.

 

Raw Food consumed today:

 

Breakfast - 1.75kg watermelon

Lunch - 1kg pomelo

Evening Meal - Smoothie; 5 organic bananas, 3 small pak choy, 1 young coconut water, 2 heaped teaspoons Vitamineral Green & 2 heaped tablespoons Yaoh hemp protein powder. Seaweed salad & mixed green salad.

Snacks - red aged pu-erh tea, Smoothie; 2 organic bananas, 1/4 romaine lettuce, 2 heaped teaspoons Vitamineral Green & 2 heaped tablespoons Yaoh hemp protein powder

Gym -

Yoga -

Swim -
