Raw Food Marathon Day Four

It's my wife's 39th birthday today :-)

Best not to spend too much time on the computer, especially as I want to sneak off to the gym later ;-)

 

Raw Food consumed today:

 

Breakfast - 6 passion fruit

Lunch - 1 iceberg lettuce, 2 tomatoes, 1 onion, sliced red cabbage & carrot, 2 walnuts

Evening Meal - 2 organic cos lettuce, 4 organic tomatoes, 1/3 cup sun-dried tomatoes, 3 organic spring onions, juice 1 lime, 10 cashew nuts, handful alfalfa

Snacks - 1 dragon fruit, 4 medjool dates, 4 egg bananas, 4 prunes, peppermint, green tea, organic guava & pear juice, organic kale/cucumber/beetroot//green-apple juice, 1 banana, 1/2 cup blueberries, juice of 2 red apples, 2 heaped tablespoons of green powder & hemp protein powder smoothie

 

Training/Exercise today:

 

Run -

Bike - 12.2km

Gym - FIRST's six essential strength exercises
