Raw Food Marathon Day Thirty Eight

Tempo Run.

 

My legs felt like lead today :-(

Although the first 3-4 miles were to plan, I started to slow down at mile 5. Annoyed.

Raw Food consumed today:

 

Breakfast - Smoothie; 4 organic bananas, 1/2 cup blueberries, 1 young coconut water, two bunches of young kale, agave syrup, 2 heaped tablespoons Vitamineral Green powder

Lunch - 2 large mangoes, Smoothie; 4 organic bananas, 1/2 cup blueberries, 1 young coconut water, two small pak choy, 2 teaspoons flaxseed, 2 heaped tablespoons Vitamineral Green powder

Evening Meal - 30 small tomatoes, 1/2 cos lettuce, bunch parlsey, organic spring onions, 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes

Snacks - 2 cups red aged pu-erh tea, 1 large guava, 1 peppermint tea

 

Training/Exercise today:

 

Run - 7 miles tempo

Bike -

Gym -

Yoga -

Swim -
