Raw Food Marathon Day Thirty Nine

 

Rest.

 

I've got my first 20 mile (32.18 km) training run tomorrow, so I am going to take it easy today. Drink loads of water and eat loads of wonderful fruit and raw greens.

 

Raw Food consumed today:

 

Breakfast - 6 large passion fruit

Lunch - 1 organic cos lettuce, 30 small tomatoes, handful sprouted peas

Evening Meal - 1 large mango, 1.5 large oranges, 4 passion fruit, 4 large organic bananas, 6 medjool dates

Snacks - 2 cups black tea, 1 cup red aged pu-erh tea, Smoothie; 3 organic bananas, 1/2 cup blueberries, 1 young coconut water, two small pak choy, 2 teaspoons flaxseed, 2 heaped tablespoons Vitamineral Green powder. 4 large organic bananas, 3 medjool dates, 1 oolong tea. 1 peppermint tea.
