Raw Food Marathon Day Thirty Seven

 

Raw Food consumed today:

 

Breakfast - 1 large Thai orange, 1 Chiang Mai tangerine

Lunch - Smoothie; 1 banana, 1/2 cup blueberries, juice 4 oranges, 2 heaped tablespoons VItamineral Green powder. Smoothie; 4 organic bananas, bunch of young kale, agave syrup, 1/2 cup blueberries, 2 heaped tablespoons VItamineral Green powder & 2 teaspoons flax seed.

Evening Meal - 1/2 organic romaine lettuce, 15 cherry tomatoes, 1/2 organic cucumber, bunch parsely, handful of basil, 3 organic spring onions

Snacks - 10 almonds, 4 walnuts, 2 organic bananas, 4 medjool dates, 6 prunes

 

Training/Exercise today:

 

Run -

Bike - 11 miles

Gym - 1 hour weights; Biceps, triceps, shoulders & abs/core

Yoga -

Swim -
