Raw Food Marathon Day Thirty Six
Intervals.
I'm still keeping the recovery intervals short (max 1:15, compared to the 2 minutes FIRST suggest). Obviously less recovery means slower intervals, but that's part of coach's plan!
I ran the second 1200m at a faster pace than planned (because I could) :-)
Raw Food consumed today:
Breakfast - Smoothie; 2 organic bananas, 1 cup blueberries, 1 young coconut water, 2 heaped tablespoons Vitamineral Green powder, 2 heaped tablespoons Yaoh Hemp Protein powder
Lunch - 2 bananas, 1 cup blueberries, 3 2 heaped teaspoons Vitamineral Green powder
Evening Meal - nori/veg rolls (nori probably toasted I think even though it was black), large papaya salad, handful cashew nuts, 1 young coconut water
Snacks - 1 cup red aged pu-erh tea, 2 large Thai oranges, 1 green mango, 1/3 guava
Training/Exercise today:
Run - 6 miles

Gym -
Yoga -
Swim -
