Raw Food Marathon Day Thirty Five

 

Raw Food consumed today:

 

Breakfast - Smoothie; 1 organic banana, 1 kiwi, 1 cup blueberries, 1 young coconut water, 1/2 organic romaine lettuce, 2 heaped tablespoons Vitamineral Green powder, 2 heaped tablespoons Yaoh Hemp Protein powder

Lunch - 1 durian segment, 1/2 cup wakame seaweed & chilli, 1/2 organic romaine lettuce, 20 cherry tomatoes, 3 organic spring onions

Evening Meal - 1 large Thai orange, 1 large guava, 1/2 organic romaine lettuce, 20 cherry tomatoes, 1/4 avocado, 1/2 organic cucumber

Snacks - 1 cup red aged pu-erh tea, 1 peppermint tea, 4 medjool dates

 

Training/Exercise today:

 

Run -

Bike - 8 miles

Gym -

Yoga - 30 mins

Swim -
