Raw Food Marathon Day Thirty Four

A bit of hill running was in order today.

I only ran half way up, there's another 2,000ft of hills for another time ...

 

Raw Food consumed today:

 

Breakfast - Smoothie;1 young coconut water, 2 passion fruit, 2 organic bananas, 1/2 romaine lettuce, 1 purple dragon fruit, 2 heaped tablespoons Vitamineral Green powder, 2 heaped tablespoons Yaoh Hemp Protein powder

Lunch - Smoothie; 2 bananas, 1 cup blueberries, juice 4 apples, 2 heaped tablespoons Vitamineral Green powder, 2 heaped tablespoons Yaoh Hemp Protein powder

Evening Meal - 40 cherry tomatoes, 1/2 romaine lettuce, 2 red chillis, slices of guava, 2 energy balls; figs, dates, almonds, raisins, flax seed, orange juice, coconut flakes

Snacks -2 large Thai oranges, 6 large segments pomelo, 1 cup red aged pu-erh tea

 

Training/Exercise today:

 

Run - 8 miles (hills)

Bike -

Gym - 1 hour; weights & core/abs

Yoga -

Swim -
