Raw Food Marathon Day Thirty Three
Raw Food Families
There are probably hundreds of raw food families 'out there'.
I know of three who are in the raw food spotlight.
No doubt I will be making contact with them as my baby approaches weaning ~5-6 months.
Mum intends to breast feed for at least 15 months.
Our plan with my youngest is to keep her 100% raw vegan as long as possible.
Our eldest is already on two raw meals a day, this week's experiment has convinced to stick with high raw :-)
Our independent middle daughter is harder work ;-)
Raw Food consumed today:
Breakfast - Smoothie;1 young coconut water, 1 cup blueberries, 2 organic bananas, 2 small pak choy, 1/6 pineapple, 2 heaped tablespoons Vitamineral Green powder, 2 heaped tablespoons Yaoh Hemp Protein powder
Lunch - 500ml of blended passion fruit, Thai herb salad, papaya salad (no peanuts or soy/sugar), 1 segment durian, 1 young coconut water
Evening Meal - 30 organic orange/yellow tomatoes, 1 organic romaine lettuce, 6 segments pomelo, 2 bananas, 3 medjool dates
Snacks - red aged pu-erh tea, 6 large segments organic pomelo, green tea, 2 organic bananas, 1 mango, 4 medjool dates, 1 peppermint tea
Training/Exercise today:
Run -
Bike - 2 miles
Gym -
Yoga -
Swim -
