Raw Food Marathon Day Thirty Two
Fifteen miles today.
I ran out of water at 12 miles, I found the last 3 miles tough.

Despite slowing down significantly during miles 14 and 15, I still managed to hit my target of an average 8:10 mins/mile.
Raw Food consumed today:
Breakfast - 2 young coconut waters, 2 pink grapefruit, 2 organic Valencia oranges, 1 organic banana
Lunch - 4 passion fruit, Smoothie; 2 organic bananas, 3 small organic pak choy, 1/2 cup blueberries, 1/3 large papaya, 2 heaped tablespoons Vitamineral Green powder, 2 heaped tablespoons of Yoah Hemp Protein Powder
Evening Meal - 20 orange 'cherry' tomatoes, bowl of lentil soup & brown rice, I have no idea why I've had this, I just looked at my salad and fruit this evening and had no desire for them, but my body/brain was craving lentils, so I went with the flow.
Snacks - red aged pu-erh tea, 2 organic bananas, 4 medjool dates, 1 peppermint tea
