Raw Food Diet and Running

Raw Food Marathon Day Thirty One

How am I doing on 80/10/10?

I entered what I ate today into www.nutridiary.com

What's very clear is I'm consuming a lot of raw food as snacks!

Today was an easy day, just a gentle swim, ahead of my 15 miler tomorrow morning.

80/10/10 nutridiary analysis

Apart from the walnuts (83% calories from fat) and hemp protein powder (not added, nutridiary don't list it but it's about 36% from fat, add about another 100 calories too), the next highest percentage calories from fat is romaine lettuce at 14%, it's also the second highest protein (21%) after the hemp!

The children had some boiled potatoes this evening with their salad (Mum's fault!), my eldest wants to carry on with two raw meals a day after this week! :-)
