Raw Food Marathon Day Twenty Seven

 

Raw Food consumed today:

 

Breakfast - Smoothie; 3 organic bananas, 1 young coconut water, 1 cup frozen blueberries, 1/4 organic romaine lettuce, 3 heaped tablespoons of Yoah raw organic hemp protein powder

Lunch - 1/2 watermelon, 1 dragon fruit

Evening Meal - 1 organic romaine lettuce, 20 cherry tomatoes, 1 organic cucumber, 2 organic spring onions, 1/2 avocado, 1/2 carrot, 1/2 red pepper

Snacks - 4 bananas, 1 dragon fruit, 4 medjool dates, 2 green apples

 

Training/Exercise today:

 

Run -

Bike -

Gym - skipped weights, calves are stiff, I got a massage instead :-)

Yoga -
