Raw Food Marathon Day Twenty Five

 

Raw Food consumed today:

 

Breakfast - large organic kale, organic cucumber, green apple juice and 4 medium organic bananas, 1 mango, 1/3 organic romaine lettuce, 1 young coconut water, 3 heaped tablespoons Yoah organic raw hemp protein powder (49% one).

Lunch - 2/3 organic romaine lettuce, 1 organic cucumber, 20 cherry tomatoes, bunch parsley, 1/3 cup sun dried tomatoes, spring onions, 1/2 medium avocado

Evening Meal - 6 large organic bananas, 1 young coconut water, 1 organic romaine lettuce, 2 heaped tablespoons Yoah organic raw hemp protein powder (49%) smoothie

Snacks - 2 peppermint teas, 2 mejdool dates, 3 organic bananas, 4 medjool dates

 

Training/Exercise today:

 

Run -

Bike - 2 miles

Gym - 6 FIRST exercises

Yoga -
