Raw Food Diet and Running

Raw Food Marathon Day Twenty Four

Tempo run today.

To get the maximum benefit out of tempo runs my coach increases the pace.

Today I ran the first mile at 8 min/mile, next three at 7:40 min/mile and the last three at 7:20 min/miles.

It felt really comfortable, I'm ready to increase the marathon training pace up to 3 hours 30 mins to 3 hours 20 mins, although I still have Friday's long run to get through!
