Raw Food consumed today:
Breakfast - 5 organic bananas, 1 young coconut water, 3 pak choi, 2 tablespoons Vitaminieral Green powder & 2 tablespoons Yoah Hemp Protein powder smoothie
Lunch - 2 bananas, 1/2 mango, 4 oranges (juiced), 2 tablespoons Vitaminieral Green powder & 2 tablespoons Yoah Hemp Protein powder smoothie, large Thai herb salad with avocado dressing, one young coconut water
Evening Meal - 5 organic bananas, 2 mangoes, 7 prunes & 5 medjool dates and 20 cherry tomatoes, 1/2 romaine lettuce, bunch parsley & sprouted peanuts
Snacks - Large organic kale, cucumber (& parsley/apple/beetroot) juice, 2 green mangoes, 2 peppermint teas
