Raw Food Marathon Day Seventeen
Seven miles tempo today. I managed to negative split it as planned.
The leg extensions from yesterday may have affected my quads. After five miles they started to ache, a mix between lactic burn and weights. Anyway I stopped at 6 miles and walked & ran the last mile. I've uploaded the data to Garmin (first six miles) here.
Raw Food consumed today:
Breakfast - 4 large organic bananas & 1/2 romaine lettuce, drop agave syrup, 2 heaped tablespoons of Vitamineral Green powder, 2 heaped tablespoons of Organic Hemp Protein powder smoothie
Lunch - 1 large mango, 4 rumbutan & 1 organic romaine lettuce, 0.3 kg organic small tomatoes, 1 small organic cucumber, bunch organic basil, 1/3 large avocado, 2 large organic tomatoes
Evening Meal - 0.2kg organic small tomatoes, 1/2 small organic cucumber, 1/2 romaine lettuce + small bowl of cooked(!) curry sauce/spices, with almost al dente vegetables :-) Baby still hasn't made an appearance ;-)
Snacks - 2 fuji apples, 1 peppermint tea, 2 medjool dates, 4 walnuts, 1 pint unpasteurised Dunkel beer
