Raw Food Marathon Day Sixteen

 

Raw Food consumed today:

 

Breakfast - 4 large organic bananas & bok choi, 1 young coconut water, drop agave syrup, 2 heaped tablespoons of Vitamineral Green powder, 2 heaped tablespoons of Organic Hemp Protein powder smoothie, 1 large kale/bok-choi/apple/beetroot juice

Lunch - 2 bananas, 1/2 cup blueberries, 1/2 organic romaine lettuce, juice of 4 oranges, 2 heaped tablespoons organic & wildcrafted raw Vitamineral Green powder, 2 tablespoons organic raw Hemp Protein Powder (isolate) smoothie. Two large mangoes, 3 mangosteen & 4 rambutan.

Evening Meal - 0.5 kg organic small tomatoes, bunch organic sweet basil, 1organic romaine lettuce, 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes, 4 walnuts, 2 large organic tomatoes

Snacks - 8 organic apricots, 3 peppermint teas, 4 large organic bananas, 3 medjool dates & handful organic raisins

 

Training/Exercise today:

 

Run -

Bike -

Gym - 1 hr weights; chest, back & core.

Yoga -
