Raw Food Marathon Day Fifteen

 

Raw Food consumed today:

 

Breakfast -2 bananas, 1/2 cup blueberries, 4 apples juiced, 2 heaped tablespoons of Vitamineral Green powder, 2 heaped tablespoons of Organic Hemp Protein powder smoothie, kale/parsley/apple/beetroot juice

Lunch - 1 young coconut water, 1/3 pineapple & 4 large organic bananas, 5 medjool dates

Evening Meal - 3 large organic bananas, 1 large dragon fruit, 1 organic romaine lettuce, 2 large organic tomatoes, 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes, 1/2 onion, 1 spring onion.

Snacks - 1.5 persimmons, 4 walnuts, 1 oolong tea, 1 fuji apple, 1 peppermint tea, 2 large organic bananas, 5 medjool dates

 

Training/Exercise today:

 

Run - 5 miles

Bike - 8.5 miles

Gym -

Yoga -
