Raw Food Marathon Day Fourteen

 

Raw Food consumed today:

 

Breakfast - 1/3 cantaloupe melon, 3 large organic bananas, 1/2 cup strawberries, 1 young coconut water, 2 heaped tablespoons of Vitamineral Green powder, 2 heaped tablespoons of Organic Hemp Protein powder smoothie

Lunch - 1 large mango, 1 passion fruit, 4 large organic bananas, 4 prunes

Evening Meal - 4 large tomatoes, 1 organic cucumber, 1 bunch parsley, 1 organic iceberg lettuce, 1 medium organic carrot

Snacks - red aged pu-erh tea, 1 large dragon fruit, 4 walnuts, 6 almonds, 8 small olives, 1 small glass organic red wine, 1 deglet nour date, 1 peppermint tea

 

Training/Exercise today:

 

Run -

Bike - 4 miles

Gym -

Yoga - 20 mins
