Raw Food Marathon Day Thirteen

 

One thing is clear to me over the last couple of days; I'm not eating enough.

Bananas have been in short supply or bad quality over the last week and I do rely on them boosting my intake whether in smoothies, snacks or complete meals.

 

I bought some nearly ripe organic bananas today, so I'm expecting my consumption to increase a lot of the next few days (and so too my daily calories).

 

Raw Food consumed today:

 

Breakfast - 1 young coconut water, 2 large bananas, stalk of kale, 2 heaped tablespoons of Vitamineral green powder & organic hemp protein powder smoothie

Lunch - 2 bananas, cup blueberries, 4 apples, 2 heaped tablespoons of Vitamineral green powder & organic hemp protein powder smoothie and parsley, cabbage, cucumber, beetroot juice & 1.5 mangoes

Evening Meal - 10 cherry tomatoes, 1/2 romaine lettuce, 1 cucumber, 2 spring onions, 1/2 onion, 10 walnuts, 10 cashews

Snacks - 1 guava, 1/4 cantaloupe melon, 1 green tea, 1 peppermint tea, 1 small organic carrot juice

 

Training/Exercise today:

 

Run -

Bike - 6 miles

Gym - 1 hour weights; triceps, biceps, shoulders & core

Yoga -
