Curry & Beer
Over the past month I've had more alcohol than I would normally care for along with my favourite cooked food (from childhood days), curry!
After a reasonable 9 miler on Friday AM, and some early afternoon beers that day, I rested up until this morning and ran a comfortable progressive 12 miler. I changed my usual route (minimal hills!) and was pleased with the run, despite having a curry last night!
I've got 3 weeks left before the Pattaya 1/2 marathon, high raw and no alcohol is the plan.
This week calls for some lactate threshold and VO2max workouts.
Raw Food consumed today:
Breakfast - Green Smoothie; 4 large bananas, 1/2 pineapple, bunch greens

Snacks - 1 cup black tea
Training/Exercise today:
Run - 12 miles
Bike - 3 miles
Gym - 1/2 hour total body workout (basics) + core
