Only two six milers last week and 2 miles today at the gym.

Breakfast - 2 large dragon fruit

Lunch -

Evening Meal -

Snacks - Smoothie; 2 bananas 1/4 pineapple, large handful of greens

 

Cooked Food consumed today:

Evening Meal -

Snacks - 1 cup oolong tea, 2 green teas

 

Training/Exercise today:

 

Run - 2 miles

Bike - 3 miles

Gym - 1/2 hour total body workout (basics) + core

Yoga -

Swim -

Plyometrics -
