Food Diary

 

A garden clearance over a couple of hours tested my knee.

It held up!

 

Unfortunately I didn't get into the London marathon.

I've left it too late to enter the Brighton marathon however I'm thinking about doing something a little bit crazy like the 100km London to Brighton Ultramarathon ...

 

Raw Food consumed today:

 

Breakfast - Pint carrot, celery, beetroot and apple juice

Lunch - 1/2kg tomatoes, large herb salad

Evening Meal

Snacks - 3 Cox's apples, 1 banana

 

Cooked Food consumed today:

 

Breakfast -

Lunch -

Evening Meal

Snacks -

 

Note - if there is nothing against either the Raw Food or Cooked Food consumed today meals, I haven't had a chance to update the info.

Honestly I do eat a lot!
