Food Diary

 

Raw Food consumed today:

 

Breakfast - Green smoothie: banana+peach+strawberry+spinach+vitamineralgreen powder

Lunch - 1/2kg tomatoes, 1 beetroot, herb salad

Evening Meal - 3 nectarines, 1 Cox's apple

Snacks - 2 large Cox's apples, 3 nectarines, 1/4kg tomatoes

 

Cooked Food consumed today:

 

Breakfast -

Lunch -

Evening Meal - some of the family veg stir-fry (water 'fried')

Snacks - 3 Kiwi Dark Star ales :-) !!!

 

Note - if there is nothing against either the Raw Food or Cooked Food consumed today meals, I haven't had a chance to update the info.

Honestly I do eat a lot!
