Food Diary

 

Funny how a bit of cooked food at lunchtime leads to some more in the evening ... always the way .. ;-)

 

Raw Food consumed today:

Breakfast - Pint of beetroot, carrot, celery and apple (Cox) juice, 2 nectarines, 1 Cox's apple, 1 peach 

Lunch - 1 peach, 1 nectarine, 1/2kg tomatoes

Evening Meal - Salad of spinach, herb leaves, vine tomatoes, cucumber

Snacks - 3 large Cox's apples & 1 nectarine

 

Cooked Food consumed today:

 

Breakfast -

Lunch - some of my daughter's lentil soup & a slice granary bread:-)

Evening Meal -  tablespoon humous, 1/2 baked sweet potato, one beetroot & one head of garlic

Snacks -

 

Note - if there is nothing against either the Raw Food or Cooked Food consumed today meals, I haven't had a chance to update the info.

Honestly I do eat a lot!
