9 mile run
I ran this really slowly, probably close to my long run pace given my current fitness levels.
Average pace was 8:20 mile (I ran 9 miles @ 8:00 min/mile on Wednesday on a treadmill).
I figure I'm 20-30secs slower than this time last year.
There's a lot of work ahead of me!
I have also got to get back into eating large quantities of mono fruit in one sitting, i.e. 10+ bananas, 2-3kg of watermelon etc.
Off to Bangkok then Koh Samui tomorrow.
Raw Food consumed today:
Breakfast - 1.5kg watermelon
Lunch - 10 cherry tomatoes, 1/2 romaine lettuce
Evening Meal - 3 large bananas &
Snacks - 100g durian, 2 passion fruit
Cooked Food consumed today:
Breakfast -
Lunch - dahl (got to stop this!)
Evening Meal -
Snacks - 1 cup of pu-erh tea, 1 oolong tea
Training/Exercise today:
Bike - 5 miles
Gym -
Yoga -
Swim -
Plyometrics -
