Raw Food consumed today:

 

Breakfast - Smoothie; strawberry & apple juice & 1 heaped tablespoon Vitamineral Green

Lunch - 2kg watermelon

Evening Meal -

Snacks - 1 peach, 2 Nam Dok Mai mangoes, 1 organic banana, 100g hydrated wakame & 10 cherry tomatoes

 

Cooked Food consumed today:

 

Breakfast -

Lunch -

Evening Meal - dahl, nan, potato & cauliflower curry, poppodom.

Snacks - 1 cup of pu-erh tea, unpasteurised German dunkel micro-brewed beer!

 

Training/Exercise today:

 

Run - 1 mile warm-up/down

Bike -

Gym - 15 minutes biceps/triceps/shoulder

Yoga -

Swim -

Plyometrics - 10 minutes
