Raw Food consumed today:

 

Breakfast - 1 large green smoothie; banana, kiwi & kale (200g) & vitamineral green

Lunch - large salad inc. 1kg of tomatoes

Evening Meal - citrus fruit and large salad

Snacks - green juice; kale, beetroot, lemon, ginger, green apple & cucumber, snaked on lots of bananas, green apples

 

Cooked Food consumed today:

 

Breakfast -

Lunch -

Evening Meal -

Snacks - 1 green tea, 1 oolong tea, 1 peppermint tea

 

Note - if there is nothing against either the Raw Food consumed today meals (or Cooked Food), I haven't had a chance to update the info.

Honestly I do eat a lot!

 

Training/Exercise today:

 

Run - 6.5 miles easy

Bike -

Gym -

Yoga -

Swim -

Plyometrics -
