Running on Koh Samui is tough.

 

I've only run 4 times over the last 12 days :-(

Todays's 6 miler.

Busy with work and I'm feeling the heat.

I have clocked up about 3 miles everyday on my bike.

 

Today was supposed to be a 12 miler, I'm going to run that tomorrow morning instead.

 

Raw Food consumed today:

 

Breakfast - 3kg watermelon

Lunch -

Evening Meal -

Snacks - Smoothie; 5 small bananas, 100g spinach

 

Cooked Food consumed today:

 

Breakfast -

Lunch -

Evening Meal -

Snacks - 1 cup oolong tea, 1 green tea

 

Training/Exercise today:

 

Run - 6 miles

Bike - 2 miles

Gym -

Yoga -

Swim -

Plyometrics -
