Breakfast - Green Juice (kale/apple)

Lunch - 2kg watermelon followed by green salad, tomatoes, spring onions

Evening Meal - 2 Nam Dok Mai mangoes, 1 banana, 1 peach, 4 prunes

Snacks - 2 green apples, 8 prunes, 6 segments pomelo

 

Cooked Food consumed today:

 

Breakfast -

Lunch - hummous, few falafels

Evening Meal -

Snacks - 1 cup of pu-erh tea, 1 oolong tea, 1 peppermint tea

 

Training/Exercise today:

 

Run -

Bike -

Gym -

Yoga -

Swim - 10 mins
